Chief Executive Officer
James Simkins has over 13 years of experience in various leadership positions in the Getz Group, with experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Distribution and Retail. Before that, he worked for eight years in an investment bank in London.Born and raised in Asia, James has a BA (Honours) in Politics and East Asian Studies from the Newcastle University in the United Kingdom, with one year in Fukuoka University in Japan.

Joe Mitchell has over 20 years’ experience in Business Transformation, Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions. Holding leadership positions in Healthcare, Distribution, Telecommunications and Transport, Joe has led multi-functional teams across the UK, Europe and Asia.
Joe holds a double Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Human Resource Management (MA), from the UK. Plus, a Diploma in Business from the Universidad La Salle in Mexico. Other qualifications include certifications in Change Management (Prosci Practitioner), Information Technology (ITIL V3) and Project Management (Prince 2).
Born in the UK, Joe has spent more than 10 years living and working in Asia.

Haroon Aslam has over 20 years of experience in blue chip companies within engineering, distribution, manufacturing & medical industries.
Haroon holds a Bachelor in Finance from the University of Western Sydney and is a qualified Certified Public Accountant.
Born in Pakistan, Haroon is currently based in Singapore, having worked and lived in Australia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, China and Japan.
